June 5th and no June issue for Download. Bonnier is quick to offer deals on Subscriptions then take your Money...but are impossible to contact and if you do manage to send them a note, they will not respond. Terrible Customer relations for a major Publisher. Im not impressed! A 5 Star Magazine (Pop Sci) offered by a 1 Star Corp... Nuts!

App crashes on iOS 7 when I scroll some of the articles to the bottom.

App crashes when scrolling down some articles on iPad 2 using iOS7.

Most of the content is inaccessible due to the app constantly crashing when scrolling up and down. This is just a magazine reader guys. It shouldnt be rocket science to keep it from crashing.

This app takes up 2.5 gb on my Ipad, with no magazine downloaded .

Most unstable ap ever.

The latest upgrade has wiped out my previous purchases, as well as eliminated my subscription information. Clicking on app support just brings you to the popular science web page. The magazine was good when it worked.

Downloading and issue takes 5 or more attempts. Each attempt fails after downloading 50 - 500 MB of data. When you restart the download this is thrown away and the download starts from scratch. Great way to destroy your bandwidth cap.

The app is decent to read the magazine but it is not better than most web sites, you cant zoom, and there is no way to change the text size (it ignores the IOS settings too). The download size is huge (> 500MB per mag) and it cant download when in the background or sleeping. You also have to download it all to read it (no downloading while you read). Also, if you cancel your subscription, you dont have access to the magazines you paid for.

Awesome app, really. For one thing, I love how at every update the app makes, it takes the opportunity as an excuse to delete all my previously downloaded issues, forcing me to use bandwidth again and again. Im also really fond of how it no longer supports landscape view, nice improvement there. Next time my subscription comes up, dont ask why I wont renew it.

I have a iPad mini and i really want to zoom in when I read. Come on Popular Magazine you can do better than that. To log in in to "my account" once i pay for one year subscription you probably need a master degree. Help, Help....anyone?

The new version does not work with your existing subscription thru Apple. I cant believe they still mess things up like this.

I paid for this subscription because they provided great interactive content on iPad. But as soon as I updated all of the back issues including two I am still reading were changed to PDF format. This is ridiculous. It is now the worst reading experience of all time. Not only that but it messed with my subscription and I had to delete and reinstall everything! I am extremely disappointed and I hope they rectify this issue asap!

Whoever does the development for this app has poor quality control. It seems almost every other version has a major bug. This latest one lost my subscription data. Now I cant download the latest issue and all my previous ones are gone. This version is unusable.

All my unread downloaded issues are gone. I checked the memory usage for the app and the issues are there taking close to 1 GB of memory. However, I cant access them!!! So now Im going to have to delete the app and hope the memory space is freed up. Then I will have to reinstall the app and then redownload all the issues to read. What the hell!! Totally ridiculous.

Made the mistake of upgrading this app and now have lost all previously downloaded issues. My iPad reports the app is using 1.6Gb of space but the previous downloaded issues are no longer accessible by the new version. Worse yet many of my previously downloaded issues are no longer offered for download by the new version!!! The new version is a complete botch up. It doesnt even support reading the issues when the iPad is horizontal!!! I guess the Pop Sci app developers have never heard of testing!!!

It only accepts ZIP codes not postal codes

Agree, it wont accept Canadian postal codes so I cant access my subscription. I hadnt been on the app before as I was fine with the print edition, but my latest magazine was missing basically all the cover stories so I decided to get the app. But, being Canadian, I cant log in because postal codes arent accepted by the app - or even by trying to send an email to customer service!

Good magazine. Terrible app. Fire your lazy dev team. Why I should pay to have 1gb file size magazines full of video advertising is beyond me. Imagine DLing that in an airport! Also it was great having my subscription removed due to an update and not being easily able to recover it. Shame. Its almost like they dont care to make money. Share holders be warned.
