8 dollar loading wheel

I was going on a plane and I decided to get an issue to read, I spent 8 dollars on it, downloaded it, and finally got on the plane but I was unable to open the magazine. Thinking it was maybe just slow I plugged my iPad in and left it where I was staying while I toured for a couple hours, came back to a loading wheel and just gave up.
