Downloaded app and bought digital subscription. Wont let me create an account after they take money. Wont reply for my emails requesting help

Terrible app that needs at least a little bit of debugging before its released to the public.

Popular Science+をinstallしましたが、原因不明の不具合が発生してまともに作動しません。 Purchaseを押すと直ぐに次のMessageが出て先に進めません。 Error update device, An unexpected network error occurred 404 どうすれば良いか教えて戴きたく宜しくお願い致します。 他のApplicationではこの様な事が無く、Popular Science+で初めて経験しています。 本日(9/23)付のBug訂正にて全てが解決しました。御対応有難う御座いました。これで、サスサク動くようになりました。

I really Iike the app. It is more than just a digital copy of the print magazine. It has interactive content good thought to design and delivery for the iPad I really like the fact that they developed this for the iPad.

Some issues are gone from the library. Where is the "Nightfall" for example?

Great app for great magazine. As a big fan of old and now non published Polish mags "Mlody Technik" and "Horyzonty Techniki" I have a great fun to read about news in technology in US. Info are published in modern way always with big format photos and diagrams.

I cannot purchase the issues. Its shown a message that I.m not a test user an ask me to create an sandbox account. What is sandbox?

I would like to sign up for the year. I hoped to do it through free version. But it didnt even started to load! Just blank page!! Please fix it!! (I have last version of iOS). After deleting the app and reloading it the problem was cured. I improve my opinion for 4 stars.

Its getting better and better, great articles about tech and science. Keep it this way

Dear developers, please correct the following (the new iPad): 1. Above all, annual transcription doesnt facilitate buying issues from this very instant. Having bought it yesterday (22th April), my subscription starts only in the end of June. 2. Moreover, fix the problems with performance and page switching. Sincerely yours.

This magazine is very interesting

It doesnt work anymore. The app cant connect anymore to iTunes store. It was an awesome app, but since the last modification, it need a fix. I wonder how long it will take.

For a scientific magazine even being popular, the contents are to superficial and scarce. It is more advertising than science. The app is bugged. Doesnt work well.

The magazine itself being as good as ever, the only thing worth criticising is the rather unremarkable app (which, despite being unoriginal, does its job well enough to warrant a 5 star rating for both the app and the magazine put together)

I download but I dont see noting

I downloaded the app when I got a new subscription. The screen doesnt rotate. Opened the latest issue to find the first 18 pages are adds. I tried zooming in a few times, and the previous page started to take over the page I was trying to read. Deleting this immediately.

This app is not being kept up. It isnt even formatted for iphone 6 screen. It is just scans of magazine pages and has none of the invention of the ipad version. This company doesnt care about serving this content to iphones.

Buttons to enter print-subscription info yield only blank screens on both iPhone and iPad.
